Volunteer

I was delivered to the Greater Hayward House of Hope on August 23, 2022 where I became a resident of the House of Hope program. I struggled with alcoholism, drug addiction, anger issues and resentment towards my friends and family. I quickly learned about the love that god had towards me and the things he expected me to do. God showed me that regardless of any way that I had been before, I would no longer be the same again. I surrendered my life over to the will of Christ and began to chase the right things in life. I sought forgiveness and forgave where I needed to forgive, I showed love to those that used to anger me, and welcomed the people I resented back into my life. I have since graduated from the Greater Hayward House of Hope Program and currently on staff as the Program Director at the House of Hope. God has shown me the effect I have on the world and the people around me. Now I use my influence to further the Kingdom of God and help other men with life-controlling issues reconcile their relationships with family, friends, and most importantly God.
